Meet Your Counselor

Hi, I'm Amber — owner & therapist at A Fuller Life Therapy.

A Master's-trained Marriage & Family Therapist with a story of her own, and a belief that healing is always possible.

I received my Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Trevecca Nazarene University and am a member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT) and owner of A Fuller Life Therapy.

My own healing journey, after a divorce eleven years ago, ignited a passion for emotional, relational, and spiritual wellness. I knew I wanted to help others experiencing pain, loss, and grief. While building national support groups for single parents at soloparent.org, I returned to school to fulfill a new calling: counseling.

I believe brokenness can be redeemed, and pain can be transformed into purpose.

I've faced major life transitions and come out the other side full of hope. I'm a single mom to two young adults and have navigated the complexity of parenting a child with autism — I know firsthand that support and self-care are essential, not optional.

Whenever I can, I love to hike and be outdoors, because nature is so good for my soul. My life is centered on relationships, because I believe meaningful, healthy connections are essential to a fuller life.
